POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grenville Management Inc., is actively seeking a versatile, energetic, experienced individual to join our Sales Team and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be able to both manage a broad range of clients while striving to gain new business in the many medium-sized and large multi-national companies.
With an emphasis on digital variable client communications and on large format digital and offset commercial print (in-store marketing), the Print Sales Associate will effectively assess and understand the needs of the Client’s business and communication channels and develop a strategic plan, aid Clients in reducing cost, obsolescence, and redundancies through the solutions provided by GMI. The position will identify sales opportunities within the existing territory, and be able to effectively communicate the Client’s needs to our support resources, implementation teams and production departments.
The assignment can be demanding and requires organizational skills with flexibility throughout the workday to meet the needs of Clients and priorities. In this sales position, planning and prospecting will be key to growth and success.
We are offering a very competitive commission structure on top of salary.
